Here is a wellness technique for your toolbox to help prevent headaches. I do this every morning after I wake up to clear my head and prepare for the day – Kevin used to look at me funny but I get that from him a lot! Using a combination of pressure against the occiput (back of the skull) and brow ridge, along with focused breathing, stimulates the body and mind in a positive way.
