Hello, My Friends! Looking for a recipe that include more vegetables? This More Veggies Please Smoothie offers just that along with tons of fiber, beta-carotene and all things anti-inflammatory too. Fiber serves the gut and obviously helps to keep everything moving along. 😉 Our #StarIngredient, Pumpkin, contributes both fiber for the gut and beta-carotene for eye health. How can you go wrong?
- 1/2 cup canned Pumpkin
- Handful Baby Spinach
- Handful Arugula
- 1 small Carrot
- 1 stalk of Celery
- 1 small slice Fennel Bulb (throw in some of the fronds as well!)
- 1/4 small Apple
- 1/2 Naval Orange
- 1 inch washed & peeled Turmeric Root
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Powder
- Several grinds of Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Filtered Water (more or less for thickness)
Toss all of your ingredients into your blender. I used my Vitamix. Sip & Enjoy the Goodness!
