Hello, My Friends! I talk A LOT about nutrition and how I’ve learned to use God’s Medicine Cabinet to fight inflammation. The Beautiful Pineapple Fights Inflammation — acute and chronic. Here is one of my favorite smoothie recipes incorporating pineapple:
- 1/2 cup frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 Apple
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 inch washed & peeled Turmeric Root
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Powder
- Several grinds of Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Cranberry Sauce with whole berries
- 2 Celery stalks
- 1 large handful Arugula
- 4-5 Romaine leaves
- 1/2 cup filtered water
Toss all of your ingredients in and blend until smooth. Add more or less water depending on the thickness you prefer. Depending on the potency of your ginger powder, you may want to start with less and add more. Sip and enjoy the goodness!
