I hope you enjoyed my previous video on fascia opening that focused on this shoulder girdle. This time we are going to focus on our fingers, wrists, and forearms. These are all areas that see a lot of repetitive motion and stress from our increased use of technology. Keyboards, mobile devices, and gaming controls all contribute to inflammation in our hands and arms. Arthritis also manifests itself in these areas, so the exercises I’m going to show you in this video provide benefits to almost everyone.
