I was recently talking with a friend who is trying to get more calcium into her diet along with focusing on weight-loss. We all can use calcium, but especially we women who are living in those blessed & beautiful menopause years. 😉

Here’s my take on a Calcium Bump Smoothie. Lots of nutritious and healing ingredients from #GodsMedicineCabinet give this smoothie a Calcium Bump that will leave you wishing for more!

Yep… it’s green, delicious and adds a Calcium Bump to your diet. Yes, Please!!

Add all of your ingredients to your blender. I have had my Vitamix Blender for years and continue to love how it pulverizes the ingredients into drinking pleasure. 😉

1 Banana

Small handful of Goji Berries

Small handful Coconut Flakes

1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple

3 Kale Leaves (stems removed)

Large handful Spinach

1 cup unsweetened plain Almond Milk 

If you want your smoothie to be thinner, do not add more milk. Add filtered water. 

This recipe makes 2 (8 ounce) servings.
