Hey Friends! At one time in my life, I fought chronic inflammation, which resulted in walking around every day in a lot of pain. Thankfully, now I find myself sore a lot. Not in pain, just sore. #ThereIsSoMuchHope! I tell people ‘To Feel Sore Is to Feel Alive!’. I am sore most days because I practice asana (pose work) every day. This week I am super-sore because I’ve been working my core strength, which will help me with my inversion practice. This smoothie is jam-packed with anti-inflammatory goodness. - Juice of 1 Lemon
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 small Blood Orange (peeled)
- 1/4 small Pear
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 large Tbsp Cranberry (canned whole berry in sauce)
- 1/4 cup frozen Dark Cherries
- 1/4 cup frozen Pineapple
- 1 large handful Dandelion Greens
- 1 small handful Arugula
- 1 small handful Spinach
- 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Ginger Powder
- Several grinds of Cracked Black Pepper
Add at least 1/2 cup of filtered water. Blend all ingredients together & Enjoy!!
