Add all of your ingredients to your blender. I have had my Vitamix Blender for years and continue to love how it pulverizes the ingredients into drinking pleasure. 😉
1 Banana
Small handful of Goji Berries
Small handful Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
3 Kale Leaves (stems removed)
Large handful Spinach
1 cup unsweetened plain Almond Milk
If you want your smoothie to be thinner, do not add more milk. Add filtered water.
This recipe makes 2 (8 ounce) servings.
