Hello, My Beautiful Friends!

Do you struggle to drink water? Maybe it’s time to think about ‘Why Infusions?’ might be beneficial for you. 

I know you’ve heard that rest is key to good health. Yes it is, but so is hydration. For me they just go together.

There’s a lot of debate swirling as to whether or not water infusions are truly beneficial, but the answer is pretty simple. Staying hydrated helps boost the immune system, adds shine to your hair and a glow to the skin. And these are just a few benefits. So, if you’ll drink more water that has been infused then get to it, My Friend! What are you waiting for? 😉 

Hers’s a picture of the ingredients I used for this infusion.

I pour 8-12 cups of filtered water into a large jar then toss in my ingredients for a swim. Refrigerate for a few hours to let the flavors join each other. Between you & me… I’m not always good at waiting. 😉 

  • 4 slices of fresh Ginger
  • 8-10 fresh strawberries sliced thin
  • 1/2 fresh Mango sliced
  • 1 slice fresh Pineapple cut into small chunks
  • 1 sprig of fresh Rosemary
  • Small handful of fresh Basil 

This was waiting for K & me when we got home from our walk/trot.

I hope you’ll try adding water infusions to your toolbox and no longer wonder Why Infusions might be helpful and stop thinking they are too complicated to put together. They are Simple, Delicious & Oh So Hydrating!! Yes, Please!!
