Hey there, My Beautiful Friends!

This Thoughts Of Tropical Bliss Smoothie was intended to help us through the heatwave we’re having in Bama. It’s just HOT, Y’all, and the weatherman promises it’s going to be even hotter next week.

I typically don’t use a lot of fruit in my smoothies, but my friend, Judy, brought over a few bags of cut fruit that I didn’t want to forget about. So, I used her fruit and added a few more of my own along with several green options. This Thoughts Of Tropical Bliss Smoothie promises to offer you lots of fiber, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory goodness, hydration & you guessed it, Thoughts Of Tropical Bliss. 😉
