Through my own journey I’ve had my eyes opened to the power of taking control of my life in the areas I can – the foods I eat, the products I apply, the intentions I set. Embracing the positive changes we can make in our lives takes the focus away from what we have no control over, opening ourselves up to all of the Hope that is out there.
